WHAT’S IN THE BOX
Left Hand Side and Right Hand Side Connecting PipesMade from 2 1/2 " Grade 409 Stainless Steel which is designed to dissipate the heat faster then higher grades of Stainless. We designed this system using state of the art 3D CAD and advanced CNC mandrel benders to allow OEM level clearances, especially around the actuator on the transmission. Just bolt to the existing secondary cats and you are halfway there.
Sports Muffler Pipe
Both connecting pipes mate up to one single flange which utilizes our pressed exhaust studs. These studs have been custom designed to allow ease of fitment for both professionals and DIY enthusiasts. No more digging around for that missing socket, one spanner is all you need to join the entire system together!
To avoid drone, we use a dual in/out muffler that’s chambered to give the deep note a V8 deserves. The pipework exits the muffler into a precision cut 3” y-pipe that merges to into one single mandrel bent pipe that bolts to the existing over axle pipe.
Worried about backwards compatibility? No need, we supply a new hanger and new rubber mount to allow fitment on previous generations of Y62’s*.

All Outlaw 4x4 systems are supplied with an extensive fitting kit. We know things don’t always go according to plan, so not only have we supplied the required fasteners and gaskets to connect the system, we have also supplied replacement studs and nuts for the factory fitted parts.
All brackets that mount to the chassis have also been e-coated to GM- specifications and fixings are an advanced Zinc Flake finish, thus ensuring your chassis isn’t compromised from corrosion
